Return & Exchange Policy

At The LYVA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You wish to exchange for another product (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made before sending the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where applicable. If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery, we will discuss the appropriate refund method with you.

Please note that original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
